Refund policy

For orders that have not yet been delivered only:

We accept cancellations and will provide a full refund if orders are cancelled 2 business days prior to the specified delivery date, and if the chefs have not started preparing the order. If an order is requested to be cancelled within 2 business days, a $25 administration fee is applied. The customer will receive the full refund less the fee.  Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery
